Where do I find my order ID?
Your order ID is included in the order confirmation email sent after checkout. Enter the order number and the same email address used at checkout.
Why is my tracking number not updating yet?
A tracking number can be created before the carrier completes the first scan. In many cases, the tracking page updates later the same day or after pickup.
Can I track by tracking number only?
Yes. Use the Tracking Number tab once you have received the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Who should I contact if tracking looks stuck?
Contact XD support if your tracking has not moved after a reasonable carrier scan window. Include your order ID so the team can review it faster.
