Follow these easy steps to securely complete your payment via credit card.

NEW MEMBER

Step 1. Create a New Account

To create a new account. Please click here.

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Create your password
  3. Click “REGISTER” when done

EXISTING MEMBER

Step 1. Log into your existing account

Sign in to your account. Please click here.

  1. Enter your username or email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click “LOGIN” when done

Step 2. Add products to your cart and CHECKOUT

  1. Browse the store and add products to your cart,
  2. Once you are ready, complete the order by selecting to Checkout button.
  3. At the Checkout, you will notice a credit card payment option
  4. Select that option if you choose to pay with Credit Card

Step 3. Start Verification Process

Once you have selected this option, you will be required to enter the first and last name associated with the credit card and begin the verification process.

  1. Enter your Given Name (first name) in the field provided,
  2. Enter your Last name in the field provided,
  3. Then Start the Veriff ID Verification process

Step 4. Veriff ID Verification

Once started, you will have two options to connect you to the Veriff ID Verification Session via your smartphone.

  1. Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera, or
  2. Enter your mobile number in the space provided.

Step 4a. Accessing the Camera on your smartphone

Once you are connected via your smartphone,  “alchemy.veriff.com” – the verification software will ask for access to your smartphone camera. Access is required so that the software can take an image of:

  1. The front image of your government issued ID,
  2. The back image of your government issued ID, and
  3. A front portrait image of yourself

For your security, XD Selection uses a third-party provider (VerifPay) to process all credit card transactions. Any identification or photos you provide are securely handled by VerifPay and are never stored directly by XD Selection.

Note: This payment verification is generally only required the first time you pay by credit card. Once your verification is complete and your first transaction is successfully processed, you’ll be able to pay seamlessly and instantly with your credit card for all future purchases — no extra steps needed.

Step 5. Verification and Confirmation Email

  1. Once your verification is submitted, you will be approved in under 2 minutes.
  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email
  3. Refresh your browser or log out and log back in to ensure the credit card payment fields appear during checkout.
  4. If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If found there, drag the email into your inbox to stay informed about future orders and updates.
  5. If you’ve completed verification and still can’t access the credit card payment option, contact us immediately via Live Chat or email so we can assist you.

Step 6. Entering your Credit Card Information

Once you are verified, you will notice the credit card payment gateway appear at checkout.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Add your products to your shopping cart
  3. Navigate to the checkout page

On your bank statement, your purchase will appears as either;
