Shipping Update: Proactive Measures Ahead of Potential Canada Post Strike

At XD Selection, our customers always come first. With reports of a potential Canada Post strike beginning as early as May 22nd following the Victoria Day holiday, we are taking proactive steps to ensure your orders continue to reach you without delay.

Historically, we’ve proudly offered free shipping via Canada Post on orders over $150. However, in light of the recent strike notice, we will be temporarily suspending our use of Canada Post services beginning after Victoria Day (May 19th).

Starting this week, we’ll be switching to Purolator Express as our primary shipping partner.
As a backup, we will also have UPS available to ensure uninterrupted service, no matter what unfolds.

Here’s what this means for your shipping:

• Orders over $150 will still qualify for FREE Express Shipping
• Orders under $150 will be charged a flat standard shipping rate
• Please note: Purolator and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes, so be sure to provide a valid street address when placing your order.

We understand this change may be unexpected, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and support. This decision allows us to avoid potential disruptions and maintain the fast, reliable delivery and competitive pricing you’ve come to expect from XD Selection.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and will resume our Canada Post services as soon as normal operations return.
